I am producing a series of charms/pendants, and other kinds of jewelry, based on the symbols from my book. And the first two offerings (the Holy Spirit and the Forgiveness charms/pendants) are now available from a company called Shapeways. The charms/pendants are available in a variety of materials, the most expensive of which is glossy silver ($60) and the cheapest of which is stainless steel ($16). My cut is the same on all the materials, so I have no preference on what materials you pick. All the materials — except for the silver, which is smooth — have a neat, weird, unique, rustic texture to them that make them look like artifacts from the future. The materials shown above are Matte Antique Bronze (Holy Spirit) and Stainless Steel (Forgiveness). (However, in retrospect, I think the ideal material for the Holy Spirit is Gloss Gold.) The charms/pendants are essentially art pieces, which makes them worth collecting for more than just jewelry use. They are made only when ordered. So, it may take a few weeks until your order arrives in the mail. And if you have any issues, Shapeways is very good at making its customers happy, so, in my experience, you have nothing to worry about in that department.
